Well Nascar has ruled that both Busch and Harvick are being both fined 25,000.00 smackeroos and placed on probation for 4 weeks.......wonder who it will be next time???

Probably more to do with the pit road activities than the on track antics. Nascar doesn't take kindly to guys putting non race participants in danger and rightfully so.
