is that 19 lbs/hp rule enforced in mini stocks?

Lol no there is a car that's a 160hp and weighs 2400 pounds he should be 3040 pounds but its "unsafe" so maybe he shouldn't used that motor?????? my Guss is run what you brung they said in the rules also no vvt or vtec but that's OK

since when does an owners manual or parts manual or repair manual or whatever you want to call it have anything to do with what is under the hood of a race car or any part bolted onto it (...or any part cut and welded and bolted onto it ..LOL ..)as far as the 4cyl go add weight to the fast cars it is in the rule book but tech doesn,t know how to use that rule I guess they just take everyones word that what it says in the magic  book is what they are looking at..........sorry I can only shake my head and laugh there.........street stocks JASON SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!even your tech guys can read hoosier on the side of a tire easy dq but no you have to screw that up and put in a new rule that reads ......TIRE RULE-If you see a competitor with a better tire than you simply go out and buy a better tire than him(or her)if you do not havefunding to do that take your place at the back of the pack untill you nolonger want to race and then either A) GO TO ANOTHER TRACK OR B) QUITif you do not want a street stock class then kill it so the ones that have money can spend some on their cars and go thunder racing you could use a few more cars there (does anyone remember what car counts in all classes were when racers knew tech made the racetrack flat and even for all......... hey sauble speedway why are your tires $5 MORE EACH THAN BARRIE (recap)........try thisout for a street stock tire rule  TIRE RULE-All competitors will run  ......(insert brand and model of a $60 walmart tire here) shaving allowed any other tire found in tech lane will be an automatic DQ if you do not finish in the top 5 tech does not care what you are running for tires or any other parts on your car.........then try this INFORCE THE RULE.............

well when you car is over the advertised stock factory weight at (2,292 pounds) i think it would be "unsafe" to add that much weight to a car!!!

Now that engine is a stock engine that come with 160 HP stock from factory.
If they really want to in force the weight to hp rule and stop people from complaining they should have added a maxim "HP" rule to the rules as-well...

So all this weight (640 pounds) just where would you add all of it???
Remember max 55% left side weight rule that comes in to play as-well ...  

finally it is run what you brung vvt and vtec are stock for the year, make and model of those cars!...
