I see on the sauble web page that the street stocks(pures and enduros) are returning to sauble. Should be a good move. It will be nice to see another class there.
the meeting for that class is this thursday>>>>the new owner jason thom said last week that if he gets 10 cars to sign up that night he will run the class>>>good place to run a enduro car for guys on their nights off...
Its good that they are bringing them back to sauble, the track died last year without them
good place to run a enduro car for guys on their nights off...
Assuming they don't schedule against the enduros, of course...
The minis were suppose to be a low cost starter class there but like most tracks, a few guys spend as much or more than guys spend on thundercars. Plus the teching was minimal to none last year from what I saw myself and heard. So why would anyone with a small budget to race even try? This is a good move for them and its a stepping stone to thundercars once a person gets some experience and can update the same car they have in most cases. I know one guy there, that probably wishes he never sold his pure stock now, because he doesnt find the mini class fun.
