I will say it again on the second restart Walters was on the infield passing in 3,so how low do you want them to go.He was passing on restarts because his car wasn't capable of passing the cars in front of him.

If Walters was on the grass, with slick tires, after a weekend of rain, he would'nt be going anywhere. and if diving down immediately after the green was the only way that he was capable of passing the guys infront, then in my books that makes him smart to do it that way!
