the one thing about Daytiona is that it gives you a great taste about what t expect for outdoors this year..unfortunately we did not get to see that this time around. because of he mud.

i watched it the other nite. What a mud hole.... That one guy actually sunk and got stuck after the jump. Gotta have to love it I guess.

Its the second most physically demanding sport next to soccer......and it runs regardless of weather...so those guys definately get my respect.
Ricky Charmichael who retired last year was the fastest motocross rider on the planet and was truely amazing to watch. Ricky retired from full-time motocross racing tyo years ago to try to get into NASCAR.

Ricky signed on with Ginn 2 years ago, he raced New Smyrna at Speedweeks in the Super Late Models. Last I saw Schrader said hes housing Ricky's rides maintaining them with Hendrick Engines.

I guess we will see what happens.

Mark Martin has high hopes for RC.

he was a total disappointment in the SLM at new smyrna this year..although he wasnt running his own car so that might have had something to do with it
