Yes it looks like a nice place. Just a re-surface pain the place and new water system and you have a verry nice place. It is for sale for 12 Million and maybe NASCAR guys will test there.

The picture looking across the infield shows the backstretch grandsatands. You can barely see the Junior Johnston grandstand for all the trees growing up through it. Pretty sad.
