Ohsweken, ON-July 31, 2010- Persistent rain and wet grounds forced the postponement of the finale of the Six Nation Showdown at Ohsweken Speedway last night for the World of Outlaw Sprint series. The full program will be run tonight, Sunday (August 1). Events get underway this evening beginning with hot laps at 6:45 p.m. followed by time trials, heats race, a dash, The Last Chance Showdown and a 30-lap, $10,000 to-win main event.  The Stars Mod Lites will also return as originally scheduled last night.  Saturday tickets will be honoured as plenty of seats remain for sale. The forecast for today looks great so bring your friends and neighbours as we are all set for a full night of racing.

Jason Sides won the opener at Ohsweken Speedway on Friday night to score his third career win at the track in four starts. Joey Saldana, the current World of Outlaws point leader, finished fourth to extend his lead in the series championship standings to 31 markers over Steve Kinser, who finished fifth on Friday night. Jason Meyers is currently third in points with Donny Schatz fourth and Sides fifth
