Weather has not been kind to Ohsweken this season...The WoO Late Model show was a washout, but fortunately we were able to run them the next night...So all 3 of the biggest events at Ohsweken have had weather interference this year...hopefully the Canadian Sprint Car Nationals can avoid this problem at the end of the season.

I'm also involved in the Southern Ontario Sprints as their media officer and rain has canceled one of our events and forced us to run double features at Brighton next month after it rained before the feature last time we were there...Rain has rarely been an issue for SOS over the years, but it seems it's a problem for everyone this year.

Even my softball team has been rained out 5 times already...most years we only get rained out once or twice all season. >:(

I thought the rain date was tomorrow?

Tommy - thanks for getting the word out early. You saved me from driving all the way from Oshawa.

I'd also like to thank Ohsweken for their efforts over the last few years - big upgrades to the track, the WoO LM, the WoO Sprints, Sprint Car Nationals, etc. The rain is frustrating for the fans but it must be even more so for the track staff. Let's hope for good weather for the Nationals.
