Very impressed how fast all the drivers shut down after the red came out. They didn't dicker - everyone shut down in a matter of a few seconds.

WOW maybe need a higher fence there. great to see all the safety gear working

He went through the fence, and was worried he was hurt. We were there, and couldn't believe he was O-K. Hope he gets back out, and kicks butt.

That fence is about 20 feet high...and a llloonngg way from the racing surface...but I did hear talk of replacing it in the pits after the races were done.  It's the only piece of "short" fence left at the track...the frontstretch and backstretch fences are both much taller, with the top curved in towards the racing surface.
