Curt Styres, brother of Oshweken driver-owner Glenn Styres, and also part owner of the track himself ,has put in an offer to buy controlling interest of the AHL Rochester Americans, who will be the Florida Panthers Farm club next season ( after a dual affiliation the last few years with Florida and the Sabres.). Curt was a street stock driver in years past and is one of the principals of Grand River Enterprises, the very successful cigarette factory "on the rez".

I think Curt maybe/was/is involved with the Buffalo Bandits lacrosse team

he also now has full control of the Rochester Lacrosse club.
