When you get into a top level of Racing sanctioning bodies, regardless if its Stock Cars or Open Wheel, the king of the Castle at the end of the day is who puts the most into, and back into the series.
To become number one will only be a reallity once the racing series takes off and has car counts, all sponsored, and is forced to send cars home early.
