Thorold, Ontario (September 9) – KC Auto Parts Victory Lane again saw a new face as Merrittville Speedway continued it’s 2009 Lucas Oil Kart Weekly Racing Series September 8th.
Second generation driver Justin Kingsbury won his first Feature in the Drummond Home Hardware Garden City Auto Complex Novice 1 Division.
Joshua Hansen and Brett Senek each won their third features of the season in the KC Auto Parts Novice 2 and Superior PetroFuels Junior Restricted Flathead Divisions respectively.
In other Original Pizza Logs Divisional action, Jake Lutz won his 11th Ed MacPherson Construction Junior 2 Feature. Senior Racing saw Corey Bodman win his 7th Philbrick Farm & Garden Equipment Wilder Racing Engines Senior Animal Event while Alicia Braun took her 9th win in the Cassell Manufacturing Senior Flathead Division.
Dylan Davidson continues to lead all drivers after winning his 14th RCM Racing Equipment Junior 1 Feature.
Kart Racing concludes Tuesday September 15th with the final 2009 Event. Gates open at 5 PM with racing at 7:00. Grandstand Admission is free
