i think if derek wanted to run a lm at different tracks across ontario ,he would. i think he has his hands full with what he has and he runs a good show. trying to run a car yourself and promote a track would probably fine if you wanted a track with no fans,no cars but most promoters want to keep up their good shows,fan base and try to improve their shows. but i guess their are exceptions!

Derek let's llm run in his rules and JP lets ACT rule cars race at Colours so your ACT argument doesn't stand up.Derek doesn't promote during colours weekend he's all done long before that,he also runs his car lots threw out the year but not at colours.
