it`s sat. night and you have nothing going on, I encourage you to take a trip to grand bend speedway! I have been going to race tracks for 34 yrs and have been a driver,a crew and mostly a fan. this place puts on one heck of a show!! and the best part, alot of the drivers are under 16 yrs of age!! this is the future of ontario racing! my son is 7 yrs old and started racing this year, and is having the time of his life, and I`m having a ton of fun also as well as meeting some of the nicest people you will ever meet! I had a chance to watch some of the other divisions features this week,and let me tell you, they had more side by side,lead changes in that 9hp sprint race then most tracks will have all season! whether it be the 6.5 jr 'b' class,the jr 'a' class, the 9hp mods, the jr late models, the mini trucks or the 440`s I would almost guarantee you won`t see any better racing anywhere! also did I mention, it only costs $10.00 to get in for an adult on a regular night, and you get to walk around the pits and talk to these drivers and crews as well as watch those crazy people that want to jump out of perfectly good airplanes at the skydiving club as you listen to the drag cars in the background at the dragstrip! I hope you will take the time to stop by and see the next jr.hanley,earl ross and jack monaghan in the making!! you will have a great time!!!! while you are there give out a cheer for my little guy #98 in the 'b' micro sprints, he will be the kid that hardly sees over the steering wheel, but is always giving 110% and always has a smile from ear to ear!! IT DOESN`T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!!!!

hope you can make it up to the bend big dog 44! it floors me when you just witness an excellent race and the drivers get out of the car and they are 10 to 15 years old!! us race fans need to show support for these kids as we need them to keep racing into the future at the local speedways across ontario! I still beleive every race track in ontario should have an advertisment or a car on display,promoting grand bend speedway and encouraging other young kids to get into racing,this will only benefit every track in the future when the kids get older and want to move on to the upper classes of racing! let the kids race and have fun doing it!!
i have been going for the last two years it some of the best racing i seen in a long time
