It is with great sadness to post this message. Doug Larson passed away this past week. For those of you who didnt know him, he was one of the finest super modified drivers ever to buckle in a race car. Doug won many CAMRA championships and he dominated in every car he ever stepped into. I recall Ronny (raggy) , richy, my brother jim and i Travelling with our families all across the united states and canada following our dads around while they took everyone on the track to school!!! The funny part is they would be up to no good until the wee hours of the morning, the night before the race , deciding who was better!!! lol the american contenders thought we where quite a bunch that they could not figure out, and that is how we all liked it!
To the entire Larson family our hearts are with you. The famous #2 will be on the hood of the Zimmer Wheaton/A&W monte carlo this weekend at the Rexall Edmonton Grand prix and beyond, to remember one of my chilhood idols and a great friend and competitor. Rest in Peace "Logger" and we will see you around the next turn. GOD SPEED Jason White

Condolences to you and your friends Jason. A nice tribute, I 'm sure he would have appreciated it. You are a class act. Good luck the rest of the season in NCaTS .
