Duke Sawchuks car was a rare piece to get, on the way over from Asia a container fell off the ship and about half the Sawchuk cars from the production run were lost. the rest got here but they are very rare and when they first came out they were rated very high on the collectors list due to the low numbers. If you want a rare die cast thats one to get. I have 2 myself.

The story I heard the ship was sinking because of too much weight and they said dump this container no one knows this Canadian driver. Just joking

The story doesn't sound right why would they have two containers with this diecast in it? How many of this car did they make?

There was 3 cars available through a parts supplier (forget which one, maybe McKerlie) Sawchuk, Labonte in the 5 car, and one other.  Two of the cars were pretty plentiful, runs of 5000, Sawchuks car was a run of only 2500 and about 1000 were lost at sea. I have 2 here and they are actually numbered. They are very nice looking pieces with his Wagner colors on them.
