My opinion is that whatever we run for the ovals, you should run on the Road Courses. Running no mufflers opens up yet another door to "tune" what most teams already spend a lot of time on in exhaust set-ups to make the best hp for their cars. Taking the mufflers out gives teams that have the resources the ability to spend time and money on making them better... and for those of us that convert 1 car.. added headaches between events.

I agree mufflers are for street cars......but why didn't that guy beside me last night on the street have any? Wow his truck was louder then any racecar or racetruck I have ever heard! He thought his truck was fast too I bet.
