The following was posted at the Cayuga website:
"Alex Tagliani Tests #27 At Cayuga
On Wednesday (May 14, 2008), former open-wheel racer Alex Tagliani tested the #27 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series car of champion Andrew Ranger at Cayuga Motor Speedway.
Although not formally announced, Tagliani will be teamed with Ranger, at Jacombs Motorsports, for a full-season NCATS effort in 2008"
I'm wondering does NCATS have a testing policy with respect to series tracks like Sprint Cup ?

I am not sure but I believe the ruling is you are not aloud to test on the same track one week before the race.
I think Alex Tagliani will be driving the #7 car
