hey 38racing,i am sorry in advance if i have misunderstood your post. they way i understood it is that you are saying that if there were more entries,dj isn't a good enough racer to make the show. i have followed dj for many years--your comment is not appreciated.  ???

I wasn't putting DJ down. I just thought that with 18 whackers who have the best $ and equipment you know they can get in on time. Then there's the balance of 35 in the standings that in. My point was really that there were only 26 real Busch cars entered. Without the whackers would they have run a field of 26? Have the whackers driven off all the others that would like to be in a Busch race? I was pleased to see that DJ was ahead of many regulars. I actually got to watch his Q lap. And correct me but was he not as fast as Schrader was in the cup Q in the COT?

Heard on Racetimeradio tonight that DJ called the show earlier today and wanted on but they couldn't get him in at a certain time and DJ had a mtg.  It would have been good to hear what his weekend was like.  They said they are scheduling him on.  Heard MidAmerica on the racetime show tonight talking about their season with no firm plans yet but it was an interesting talk.  I was in my car and picked up their radio signal from owen sound all the way into Toronto...must be the daylight i guess.
