Andrew Ranger was interviewed by Dave Moody on Sirius Speedway on Nascar Sirius Radio this afternoon. I only caught a very short part of it but it was nice that the Canadian Tire Series was getting some US national exposure. I think that this shows the Nascar branding will be beneficial in the long term. Moody is a Vermont boy and is familiar with Canadian racing, Cascar, and a lot of it's drivers so it may not be a broad indicator of Nascar's influence, but nice to hear none the less.
Caught the whole interview when i was supposed to be at work. Opps.LOL Moddy really plugged the series hard even thinking that it might garner some American attention with the competitiveness of the series. Of course once the interview was over a southerner at Talladega called and said Andrew reminded them of the french driver from Talladega Nights.
