Lots of heated crashing and bashing in all divisions with many top point getters watching from the sidelines at the end. No morons and no whiners, just good hard racing involved.  LOL.

Minis saw 28 take the green in the feature. Dave Bailey made his way from his 18th starting spot to eventually cruise to victory with the Burrows Bros Crx crossing the line second. But they were DQ'd for illegal cam, so third place finisher, the #36 Dodge of Jamie Watson moved up to second. Fourth place finisher Ron Larkin was bumped back 3 spots for jumping the green twice on restarts to get by Bailey. "Someone had to challenge Bailey it was the only chance i had !" he said joking after. It was race win # 37 and feature win lucky13 for Bailey who has the mini stock title wrapped up I would say.

The thunderscars started 22 in the feature. The #27 Camaro of Kevin Albers started the nite just 8 points out of first place. He did what he needed to do to try and make them up by winning the feature. But points leader Randy Rusnell was right behind him as they crossed the finish line. The win by Albers tied them both with 4 feature wins each. Its down to next weeks final point night to see which one of them wins the title. The thundercar racing has been outstanding to watch in 2008.

18 latemodels started the feature. One 7 car pileup and then another 5 car pileup saw many heading to the pits for quick repairs. It all came down to whether the #34 of Jason Tremble could hold off #82 Jason Shaw, or whether Shaw would try a bump and run, or whether the 2 of them would take each other out and #36 Gary Elliott in 3rd would be able to take advantage of their misfortune. Lap after lap Shaw was filling Tremble's mirror and Elliott was right there. Tremble continued to shut the door as Shaw made a number of tries and was high and low trying to set him up, and being a Flamboro regular and watching "Jake" Shaw for years in hobbies and now latemodels, if wasnt wondering if he would pass him?...it was when....and finally he did bringing Gary Elliott in tow. Going into tonights race Shaw was leading the Flamboro Late model points by only one, ahead of #8 Paul Howse who didnt finish the feature because of damage.

Final points nite nextweek with LM's, Thunders, Minis, F4's and Trucks Only King of the Hill.
