flamboro thunders have been in the 17-20 car range for most of the season. I think weather kept some guys who arent running for points from coming out last night.

Ya Wes you talk about the car counts and the bad econemy, I thought Barrie was hurting.  Last night at Peterborough:

7 Late Models, only 6 started the feature
11 mini stocks, only 9 started the feature
4 renegade trucks, but the crowd had the best blast with that lol
12 hurrincane midgets

Good crowd on hand for a rainy night,  they had 2 dollor admission night for the crowd!  They are doing that 2 more times this year, I think Sunset and Barrie could take a lesson from that!!  Let the crowd in for next to nothing some times, they will buy tons of food and shirts!

Back on topic, ya even Varney has not so great car counts.  If im mistaken they have posted like 2 or 3 thunders for the results??

varney has too many classes for the amount of drivers in the area dont u think....sooner or later one had to suffer...thunders are getting up to the cost of a limited late...
weather played a factor in a few cars not showing...but minis were close to 40 two years ago and just over 30 last year...now 25 ish range lately...the economy isnt a help also...
