that is hamilton bylaw which flamboro is apart of, they dont make sense...why they cant have camping...why last race every night has to start before 11 and why he turns the lites out as soon as possible...why they cant have all the sunday specials they use to...also the track permit is for the casales alone and cant be passed on to a new owner, theyve done that with the strip clubs too...lol.
