found this on the Flamboro site today -- not sure if it was posted here but I found it interesting. is there a replacement race or they have a 6 race schedule.

No OSS Race at Flamboro in 2008
Recent announcements have incorrectly stated that Flamboro Speedway will be hosting the Ontario Sportsman Series this summer on August 23rd. The speedway would like to clarify that this is not the case.
The racing schedule for August 23rd will feature the Late Models, Thunder Cars, Mini Stocks, F4 Modifieds and the Lucas Oil Canadian Vintage Modifieds.
Flamboro Speedway was repeatedly approached by the traveling racing group who were looking for a date at Hamilton's 1/3 mile asphalt oval, but speedway management consistently declined. There will be no OSS race at Flamboro Speedway in 2008.
Flamboro Speedway continues to put its focus and energy into developing a strong and entertaining grass roots racing show, based on the three core divisions Late Model, Thunder Car and Mini Stock.

flamboro blows anyways .they are better off to run at varney lol ..casale probably wanted them to run for next to nothing thats probably why they are not there.. ;D
