I'd definitely be able to get behind a sprint car division. That'd be pretty cool actually. Maybe do some allying with one of the dirt tracks and get some kind of dirt/asphalt challenge series going on.

I like the sprint car idea ! I would say run the same crate engine as the SS and trucks (602 I believe) ! The light weight of a sprinter and no heavy driveline to turn would make them pretty quick I think and you could warm the the car up out of gear then fire it in gear with a starter so no push start needed !!! I would'nt be the first one to build one though ... been down that road when we tried to get a crate engine supermod class going at Cayuga a few yrs ago !  :-*

i think the cayuga difference would be, people wondered which would fail first...the class or the track.

I would build a non-winged sprint car, for sure.
