For me, the short answer is "stay the course and keep doing what you're doing" From a fan perspective, we had the best of everything last year ...except for the weather of course.

I have a small list of "would be cool to see" items, and I'll get into it when I have my home internet back up and running. But for now I'll just say that if they do it all the same as the 2009 season, then we'll have another winner.

Rules wise, I'm not much of an opinion one way or the other, but I'd urge the powers that be to take a good hard look at the reason we dropped from 16 mods to "10 if we're lucky" and do whatever is humanly possible to keep that very same thing from happening to the Late Models. After what, 4 years of underslung LMs? We're finally at a spot where used stuff is readily available and its showing in the car counts. I just don't want to see us right where we want to be, then flushing it because the rules changed and some guys became obsolete.

We had the most amazing LM season we've seen since the 80s IMO, and I'm loath to see it messed with.

More later..

I agree with DB71 that a curb in the inside of the corners would be nice, along with the rest of the racing surface, but what we have now works.

I would like to see less wrecks, and more green flag laps.

Part of the reason that the mod count is down is the simularities to the late model class.  Parts and cost wise they are almost the same.  I like the cars, but the late models pay out more, so if I were to move up, it would be a late model.

Keep the rules packages the way they are, changing them causes more cost, and there isn't much money out there.  The car counts in the late models and super stock show leaving them alone works.

Well I'm not into to discussing rule "changes" on line as it usually just starts arguements but I will have to say the Super Stock division is doing a hell of job putting on a quality show with the rules the way they are. Some clean-up of the current book is a must as there's some old stuff in it and some things need clarity. Friggin paragragh format with three things going on in one paragraph...nuts.

WTF Do we need a curb for? Put a curb in and you want less wrecks?LMAO. Dont listen to bad advice just go and have fun the na sayers can stay home.
The trucks could use a radial street tire for the entry division. The bias is tuff for new guys. Just my opinion
