A cement curb going into turn 3, like Martinsville.

You like leaky oil pans? Inside wall be better than a curb.

On that note....any suggestions as to how to make that tractor tire at pit in not look so scary ??? As someone who watches from the stands I don't know how you guys miss that thing 😮

I would rather rug it looking at the tire than the end of the wall. By the way I have been parked on the tire thanks to the brake check and the car behind me not checking up in time.

Your right tho Ernie, from the hill it looks like its real close. However the fast way off four is to aim for it, hammer down and float it up off to the wall.

Would it not be better to have pit in on turn three or part way down the back stretch with an inside wall for both safety and competition?

that grass on the inside of 3 and 4 comes in awful handy sometimes, and i haven't seen anything major happen when that tire gets hit, seems like it does a good job.

It does what its meant to do, dampen the Impact.  I have seen countless cars and trucks bounce off that thing. And every single time the driver walked away.
