2 big problems with the restarts the way they are done now. The leader is usually taking off going into 3, this creates a problem with the outside line having to accelerate through the outside. It doesnt work on the track as it is now.
When another driver goes through the corner at pace speed, the rest of the piles up anticipating a start. And funny enough, the tower warns those drivers every time for brake checking. They just don't go till later which as a leader is their right.
The other problem they need to fix is on a consistant pace throught 3 and 4, they always allow the 5th place car to get up beside 2nd place on a restart. It got so bad this past year that it was expected, almost as if you were nuts not to do it.
If asking for a consistant start point is done, then yes everyone knows when the restart is but the tower can penalize those cheating the start.
At the least, have restarts if its not right. Eventually, you will have consistant fair restarts. But some preceived time restraint for some divisions has been making those decisions even though over the radio the starter said it was a bad start.

With all the rules that you guys got for this class, that are advanced then any other track with basically thundercars, and they dont allow a proper air box,is unbelievable!!!Standard trans, floater rear ends,602 crates, aftermarket bodies, the list goes on,but no air boxes....lmao ;D ;D ;D

The air boxes dont add anything to the class. Everyone would have to spend the time and money to install and all is back to equal, just money spent. And how do you tech, how big, which car, which model, on and on. Tubular uppers end up cheaper than massaging stock uppers and are easier to replicate after an accident.  Standard trans are cheap and very easy to tech. Not to mention, trying to clean tranny fluid off a track, almost as bad as anti-freeze. The 602 is cheaper than a built thats equal. After market bodies?? As long as they are the right guage, which is easy to check. Some are cheaper because availablity. Much more desirable than the shrapnel making fiberglass.
If anything the whole class needs to be slowed. The speeds have surpassed the technology of a 70's/80's 3200lb car on stock brakes and suspension.

I still think moving the start/finish line a bit closer towards turn one would help with restarts and allow for better final lap finishes. I know you can't move it too close to turn one as guys would drive into turn one too fast on the last lap. Between 50 to 100 ft should do it or closer to the brake point on the front stretch.
