I agree with you on that one, Delaware should follow suit with Sauble on the licenced grandstand, then you wont have to stick a can of beer between your legs when track officials walk by 😉 😛

The Beer Garden, Reserved seats, and the Main Grandstand is now licensed.

The whole property should be licenced. Say what you want about the States but most places you go, especially race tracks, you are assumed to be an adult. If you aren't you are dealt with harshly. That is the way it should be IMHO.

I disagree with having alcohol allowed everywhere.  For those who do not wish to partake in alcohol, or deal those who do, it is nice to have seating where it is not allowed.  There is enough places at the track where you can drink if you want.  Everyone pays good money for their tickets and should be provided equal opportunity to enjoy them.  🙂
