(1) In your message you say no monies changed hands in the pits if so fine but your message said cars were practising at 3 P.M. does that mean you did not charge them. If the answer is yes no charge then that would mean any car could come into the track before the pit gates offically open and practice.My understanding Gates open at 5 P.M. and practice at 6 P.M.or does this practice give preference to certain race teams.If so you have a big problem (Favortisum )
Delaware rents out the track, on selected weeknights, and on selected fridays. The practice does not give preference to teams, it's available to any team. Most tracks I've been to have a rental deal, and that would have been part of it. No favourtism.
Thank you Streetstocki for the info reguarding the info on rental of track as for posting before yours re rain dates nothing listed for either ISMA, APC300 or ARCA Trucks. ISMA from there schelude shows no rain date as they run the next night in Berlin Michigan, ARCA shows no rain date either as for APC300 Monday of the Labour day weekend used to be rain date but there is nothing listed
the track has opened early for practice most weeks this year. I'm not sure if the teams that are taking advantage of this are paying for their time. I'm thinking not. It seems to be the same teams every week ie. the 91 LM. I think its great that Tyler gets some extra seat time but is it fair to the rest of us ? I have never been invited or informed of this opportunity.
As far as the rain out last week goes, they called it to early in my opinion, but I do know they have drainage issues to deal with. When we left, shortly after five there was a ton of water in the infield and on pit road. Remember guys it really poured out there for at least a half an hour. The show probably would have happened but it would have been a long soggy night for everyone, fans teams and staff.

you wont be invited or informed, you have to talk to Jeff, I had the opportunity earlier in the year but decided to not take the car that particular week.

So, ultimately who was the call made for? The answer is EVERYONE. If we can not guarantee that we can complete the program because of the weather, we do not want to start the program.
