A couple other things to add, Robblee is the 2009 track champ. Sheridan spun in the 2nd 25 lapper...although I think he was going to lose the championship regardless.
Also did anyone eles think Matthews probably could have won if he didn't get all "bumper tag happy" like he always does? Fastest is Practise...P1 in Qualifying... Wins a Delaware 25... and then was up front, got shuffled back a bit...and then just started to knock people out of the way...got 2 black flags.. and got spun out. all within the 2nd half the race and still finished 5th. So that shows how fast he really was
You also have to be impressed with Brandon Watson, I haven't necessary jumped on the Watson band wagon, but I think I have now.... he continues to show incredible poise & patience for his age it's amazing, in the KD 100 lappers, the Sizzler & now the 300 he has shown that he can save his stuff and always be around at the end.... and he is out there racing hard but not pushing people out of the way.... that has to be earning him a lot of respect from the other drivers, we should enjoy watching him race now....because he may not be around Ontario to much longer if he keeps getting better.
Yah, Bendan was pretty impressive. He's been a little bit of an enigma here at Delaware, but he sure put himself on the map yesterday.
And once Matthews learns to chill a bit - look out.
Only reason he was 5th was because of a very lenient penalty system - but hey, at least they were using it.
