I don't pay the bills so I can't say for sure but I know that during the winter the push was on to incorperate the year end fund into the weekly finish money but John will have to explain that.  However  If you have been running on a Budget then you have calculated a certain number of paying events vs the cost per lap then the point fund money would presumably been allocated in your budget besides how good of an idea is it to finish the year by making people run extra laps for free?

Thanks

So if last night ran and this week is a go would you be asking for tire money as well???????

No, there would have been two payouts.

Double features noramally you don't run 2 sets of heat races and you don't run extra practice so you would run just a few more laps then you would on a regular friday night.
Hell drop the heat races totally and go to a qualifying format and you would be ahead of the game no need for extra tires.

Here's the biggest problem with double features, if you get wrecked in the first one you're messed up for the second one too.  Therefore it is a double hit in the points.  Normally, it you have an issue one week where you can't finish or have a poor finish you have a week to get your vehicle fixed.  Not the case generally, with a double feature night.

IMO, not worth the risk - just run the scheduled race and what happens - happens.
