My point is clear, clearer thanks to you. Dale takes someone out, thats kewl he's the intimidator. Kyle takes someone out, and oh my... Kyle races down the road, its bad. Dale does it, its a kewl story. Kyle did what he did, none of us are blind. My point is how it is treated differently depending on the person.

Er.... I don't think that was kewl either, but once again... Dale Earnhardt didn't do it under caution, he didn't use a right-rear hook, he wasn't doing it in a series where he wasn't racing for points, and he didn't do it to a points contender.  It's treated differently because of the circumstances, not the person.

I wasn't there but my guess would be that the biggest factor in the decision was probably the attitude that he took to the NASCAR trailer, reports said he was in there for 5 minutes that is the shortest meeting I've ever heard of in there.
