With all due respect those guys are amateurs......Jim (JWO) had some friends show up for the first long weekend at Delaware and they had the super market cart taken apart so the basket part of the cart was put upside down over the fire. They also used a particular type of wood to give the cooked meats a wicked flavour and they had a gas fired pot of grease to cook up fries....They have been doing it for years....
