sorry chip :-* ;D one of the wrecks the 51 car caused I got slowed down for, and stopped just in the nic of time, just slightly touched the 3? car. The wreck happened in the middle of 3 and 4. The driver of the 66 car was entering turn 3 ( hadn't even turned in yet) when the caution came out, the wreck was already done, and plowed into the back of me tearing up the front and rear of my car pretty bad. It was the most frustrating wreck I've ever been in.
Thanks for elaborating #33.As I 've said before, when I cannot make it to the races,I really apprecate guys like yourself and especially SHADOW,for coming home and getting on the computor, even if it is 2 or 3 in the morning.I look forward to the race reports and wish even more that I could-of made it to the races.
Hope you guys can fix your car back up.and hopefully,we will see you guys back at the track.
Thanks ,CHIP ;D
shadow,
How was The Richmond row during the super stock race. were they a nervous wreck the entire race or was it just me?
Shadow, you said your report is incomplete. When you add to it next, care to explain what part of the Super Stock race was exciting? I know you're a diehard fan, so I wouldn't expect the bumping, banging, and wrecks to be what pitched your tent. To me, that was a pretty ugly race. Was more frustrating to watch than exciting. They usually put on a good show, but I didn't see much that impressed me this time around. The winner did put on a blocking display for the ages. I usually enjoy watching the quick cars working their way to the front, avoiding the idiots. This time...not so much. Seemed like the idiots won this round. Lake managed to avoid all of the crap fortunately, Morneau seemed to get stuck behind it, Perkins got caught up in all of it, and Oulette...not sure what happened there. Rijnen, usually a front runner, but this time around it looked like he was too excited about winning two features and ping-ponged off just about everything that moved. Not a showing to be proud of. I don't even know his name, but #51 was at his finest last night in both the heat (blatent wrecking of the #9) and feature. To be blunt, that guy is a complete and utter disaster. As a rookie, it would seem to me like learning, improving, and earning the respect of fellow drivers would be the goals. Can't imagine many people having something positive to say about his rookie campaign. How many blag flags did the guy get last night? It was at least two. I'll nominate him for the "not enough driver" award that was mentioned...and it's not even close.
