Hey thanks for the note! Things aren't too too bad. Its been a week now and I'm moving around a little better. Hoping to be at the track on Friday, but it'll depend on how I feel. Definitely no running up and down the hill at Delaware...they may have finally figured out a way to keep me in one place for more than 10 mins. (ask the folks who sit around me...I tend to move around a lot.)

Toughest part of this deal at the moment is finding positions to sleep in. That whole splitting-your-ribcage-up-the-middle thing puts a cramp on a lot of things.  😉
