I guess this answers a lot of questions .....
The management of Delaware Speedway would like to announce that Ron Sheridan will not be renewing his contract as Director of Race Operation for the 2012 season. We would like to wish Ron well in his future endeavors and thank him for his hard work and tireless efforts during the 2011 season.
Please direct all calls related to the race program to the track office. A track representative will be happy to help you where and when possible.

so Delly threw us a bone.
Wow one of the worst kept secrets ever.
I get that the deal for the new 50 percent owner stake is still in the final stages and they can't or won't tell us whats up.
Thats business and until its done I can see why the Hush Hush however just let guys know you will or will not be a Nascar sanctioned track that assures them they will be running 18 times ( The Min races needed to be Nascar Sanctioned)
Guys can sell there programs knowing that.
As for rules it sucks but what can you do.
as for Comments about in the Tony era meetings werent till later has no bearing.
Nothing ever changed when Tony was at the Helm so we always knew there would be a season of 15 - 18 events and the rule changes were going to be nothing unless he opened a new business IE Fibreglass shop.
I tried calling delaware this week but no answer..can some one tell me if the LM cars are allowed penske or bilstein shocks or just pros??
thanks
any shock under a buck and a half I believe the rule states. Check the rules, its in there.
