re racing over the winter

I use iRacing, it's pretty sweet! There are a couple fixed setup leagues, so you don't have to worry about getting beat by someone with a better handling car if you don't have the time to build setups. Lots of oval and road racing, plus people will sometimes host demo derby/enduro races.

If you're of a mind, I'm pretty sure the ONO Speedway in London is still operating. I used to run 1:24 slot cars with them. Pretty good guys and it was a lot of fun. This isn't their track, but they have the exact same one. Or at least, they did about 3 years ago.
