I tweaked the AI cars to make it Enduro. A full 43 car field for 50 laps and I only lasted for 7 of them. Thankfully I'm better at it in real life!

Enduro Rules! 9,000 RPM, unlimited brakes... and guys pick a lane - the outside no less when you dive in deep into the corner ! gotta love it! LOL

So what's the scoop with this game? Internet Based and subscription model?

Well its a game for the PC and is nearly 8 years old now.  Its a simulation so its nothing like those crap games EA Sports released for Playstation and Xbox. To this day its still way ahead of any other NASCAR game thats been released. You can adjust just about everything you could on a real car for your setup. Shock compression ratios and rebound, caster and camber, tire psi, car weight and brake bias, toe, gears, etc.   You could probably find burned copies on ebay, but you can't find them new anymore.

If you do invest in the game, I HIGHLY reccomend you get yourself a wheel and pedals, otherwise you'll look like the #74 Super Stock. Theres also many leauges out there that race on a regular basis where you race against other players in real time. Its a hoot

you can also invest in I-Racing, which was created by the same group. Once they lost their contract with NASCAR after NR2003 to EA Sports, they did project wildfire, which then lead into I-Racing. Its so realistic that tons of top drivers use it for practice. I believe its just 7.99 a month or so.

I still use NR2003 though, because all the downloads are free, but I've heard its near impossible to get your hands on a copy at a fair price by now.

I have 2003 and when I bought it for Jake about 5 years ago it cost me $100 US and it was labeled as a give away for a new computer LOL
