hey looking for a pre 1992 4.3l with the fuel pump hole or a belt drive pump looking to get rid of efi on my enduro truck and not allowed to run electric pump with carb

Electrics are fine if they are setup right...... Use an oil pressure switch as a safety shutoff, or a relay to controlled by ignition run by the ECU. As long as you don't override the wiring, it is safer than carbed systems.
