The way I understand things is that the speedway has to submit the season's schedule to the county before the season starts for approval. So extra practice would have to be approved through county in the spring.

Umm...well it's a good thing we started this now then isn't it? and if everbody participates in the survey then the message send forward will be one of clarity.

I am pretty sure both properties are owned by the same family and I am sure that what has been said here about county, township, neighbours permission applies. If everyone committed to running street mufflers during practice it might make the difference of being able to do this or not.

Well you can rent the track just about anytime you want, We have been there several times during rented days, My thought is if the track will rent for a few hundred why not a thousand? If it is in the evening that negates the golf course concern.

The Oaks has weddings and other events that run at night.
Would require paying staff to be at the track.

You can rent the track almost any day of the week all you have to do is ask and more than one team can be at the track at a time. Track likes to maximum of 3 teams at a time, for a 4hr window it works out to be $100 per team.
