For big shows like this weekend it really would be nice if they had a few people directing that craziness in the parking lot at the end of the night. It would also help if a few people would just relax a little and be patient and courteous. Other than this a great night.

I know management looks in now and then so I thought this might be a good place to post this.

I've been coming to Delaware a long time, and I have to say that as a regular crowd, we're pretty good about being courteous in the parking lot etc.
Agreed however, that things DO tend to get a little nuts at bigger events when there's a lot of occasional and out of town fans. They can sometimes be a little pushier than the regulars.
The problem lies with this though. You can have as many guys as you want up there with little orange flags directing traffic...but it doesn't mean everyone's gonna heed them. Courteous types might, but someone with a rude demeanor is not going to pay attention to them anyway.
I think the key is to not worry about what time you're getting out. We left after about 4 of those one on one races and it was smooth sailing from the track to the road.
I actually like it when they have stuff like Chaos and King of the Hill because not everyone stays for those, and you don't have everyone clearing out at the same time. Plus you at least have something to watch while you wait out the initial stampede.
That is why god invented tailgate parties!
Head on down to the pits and talk to the race teams. By the time you spend a little time doing that, the traffic has pretty much cleared out.
I usually go down to the pits and have a look around but by the time the KOTH was over most of the cars were packed up.
