only been to the track to two shows this year, but is there anyone else out there who thinks the new ticket machines are slowing things down, causing bigger line ups, etc?. I go to other tracks like Oswego and Merrittville that have tickets issues by a machine but they are really quick to be issued.
The machines Delaware bought are something like you'd see at Ticketmaster and take eons to print and then have to be scanned when entering the facility.
Are they trying to force more people to buy tickets via the internet and print them at home?
Just think perhaps they're too fancy. Also, they don't have an injury disclaimer printed on them like most other tracks which they might want to consider seriously.
