actually - mick's was fastest of the day with a 19.0...
and there were supposed to be 17 teams confirmed to be there today but obviously - no such luck. Guys like Ranger, Hathaway and Jason White were among some that weren't there today. I'm just putting this out there but I'm not predicting many more then 20 cars per race this year. It was a good day all in all though.

How many cars were running the new spec engine?
As of right now Pete Shepherd is not racing in the series this year, unless someonecalls upon him for a race or 2. He was practicing Gaunt's car on Saturday... as for the new engine - I believe only 1 or 2 guys were practising with the new one.
