Yes that is what i was told with  the exception that any paid advertising had to be approved prior to releasing... so with what was reported out of Barrie it is a good deal, insurance, point fund, and the name.. no matter how much some hate the big business...

Is Delaware going to be Nascar sanction as Race Time Radio tonight was saying yes only rumours that Delaware would not be sanctioned & that possibly specials only or possible 12 -14 races for year .If so big changes indeed as yes costs alot to run a track especially if weather bad as means makes things harder to break even or make money.If no sanction does that mean no shootout with the Busch group .Hope they donot loose that as draw is big but if have to drop sanction so be it and move on as big thing is to get your premier series back & that is LM as car counts were very small last year but if could work with other tracks to bring the big fields back that would be a plus .Should be interesting to see what happens new ownership is great but drivers  ,owners & fans need to know what is going to happen as they do need to set their scheludes for 2012 from car building to attending everybody needs to know as quick as possible.
