the "Break-out" rule was unanimously voted down in the drivers meeting. not sure if that means its dead or will we revisit it in the future

Shadow, being a driver, I hate to say this but sometimes when the faster guys dont show, or have trouble, you get a better race. In order for an underdog to win, all the cards have to fall just right. I know some people will disagree with me, but have seen it many times in many different series. Even in Sprint Cup it happens. (just not a lot)

To clarify my standing on what was the break-out rule... is that i DO NOT like it. But, as many of you know, I am not one to sit back and not say something. I despise the idea of a break out rule, but worry a lot of my track-friends may at one point... get hurt/killed. It's a concern of mine, and hopefully it never happens, either things stated here.

Well race was good. Nothing over interesting. Really dissapointed to see that there were alot of guys not there.

#11, 16 747, 181, 15, 06, 160, and many more that I maybe forgetting, I really hope that is not a sign of what is going to come with this division.  I also see that there were alot of cars that were under the brake out rule time. Book ran in the 22's. Delaware I really think that you need to come up with someway to help bring back these drivers and many more because if not there will be no Enduros. But congrats to the 186 team nice to see someone new win.
