Hello Everyone,

I'm following up on a history project inquiry I received from a fan.  He lives in the States and his father (who has now passed away) used to be a racer here at the track.  The driver's name was Martin Louis Bartl.  That is all the information that he has really (didn't even have a car number).

He is planning a trip up here later in the summer to see where his dad raced.  I told him I would touch base with the community to see if anyone knew anything about him.

Let me know,

Did he give you a time-frame for when his Dad raced here? The name's not ringing any bells but If I have an approximate year I might be able to find something.

Pre-Casacar.  If I recall, it was mid 60's early 70's.

... no car number, no pictures.  Hence, the problem.

Stock Car, Modfied or Hobby? I know a couple sites that have photos from the 50's and 60's of modifieds and Hobby cars that ran Delaware. Some even have names. I haven't bookmarked them so I would have to seach abit.
