Someone ought to find Clare Dear and ask him whats up. He was the last reporter that actually reported the Friday results in the Saturday paper. I know he's still around. And wasn't his kid one of the Jr CASCAR drivers?

AS for the "a" channel it should be the "f" channel nothing worth watching on there but I do remember seeing Bevin Palmateer at the track several times a year for the last few years and I didn't spot him at all this year.HMMMMM

Mostly because Bevin's not one of the sports guys anymore. Doesn't he just host the morning show from the market?

Last I knew, they had some other guy doing it, with Bevin just doing the news...

Clare was at Junior Racing League "Graduate Night". He was one of the founding dads in the program, involved in getting the first cars on the track with his son Chris. Clare gave a very good and intersting talk to the kids about how the program came around back in 1997... Long story for another time.

I think he still does some work for the London Free Press.
