Your post makes no sense Mobil1fan . The fact is if Jack wins he gets $ 600 if Jill wins she gets $ 1100 . I don't know what you do for a living but i think i will go with what the lawyer told me .

I am sure that a lawyer will tell you what ever you would like to hear, Their living depends on it! Let me know when and where this lawsuit happens, I love a good laugh.

Once again this would NOT be a law suit all you have to do is file a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission  http://www.ohrc.on.ca/en

No, the fact is if Jack wins he gets $600 and if Jill wins she gets $600 plus a $500 bonus (of which she meets the qualifications) and legally that makes all the difference in the world.

Maybe we should get the OHRC to let women drive without crash helmets, so as not to mess up their hair.
Now THAT is somthing that I am sure that they would pursue!
