The time of year is fast aproaching again for the Year end awards.
This year for the Spirit of racing award I think consideration should go out to Heather Lawrence mother Of Kris and Jo and Wife Of Dave Lawrence.
After Daves passing no one really knew what to expect or what was going to happen to BT Racing but with the support of the team and the racing community Bt racing has lived on with its next chapter and has been very successful.
Now JO has made his climb up the Ladder and is running part time this year and full time next season.
The expense of the shop and running 2 cars is huge and because of the love for the sport and to support her boys and in Memory of Dave, Heather keeps plugging along.
She has sacraficed everything for herself to make sure her boys race and carry on the legacy Dave created.
My choice for 2011 Harborne Lawrence Spirit of racing award is Heather Lawrence.
